Summer hits have to be catchy. They have to be memorable. If they’re also flirtatious, that’s a bonus. Though this one wasn’t as dominant as, say, Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together,” but Jermaine Dupri’s touch is still felt on this ode to the goodies.
